DB가 꺼져있는 상태에서 다른 계정으로 접속하려고 할때 발생하는 ERROR

※ 해결방법

$sqlplus / as sysdba

SQL> startup

ORACLE instance started.

Total System Global Area 1.5133E+10 bytes

Fixed Size    12349336 bytes

Variable Size 2348810344 bytes

Database Buffers 1.2751E+10 bytes

Redo Buffers    21204992 bytes

Database mounted.

Database opened.

SQL> exit

$lsnrctl start
